Terms of Shipment

Deliveries are made only in the Republic of Germany.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We don't charge any shipping costs.

Overseas deliveries:

SHIPPING INFORMATION UPDATE
Due to regulatory requirements under packaging laws and the associated registration and licensing obligations across individual EU countries, we now ship exclusively to addresses within Germany. Unfortunately, we can no longer offer international shipping to other EU countries. We appreciate your understanding!

Delivery Periods

As long as no other period is indicated in the specific offer, delivery of the goods occurs domestically (Germany) within 3-4 days, and within 5-7 days internationally after the contract has been concluded (in the case of agreed upon advance payment, according to the date of the money order).

Please note that no deliveries happen on Sunday and holidays.

Should you have ordered the item with various delivery times, we will send you the goods in one shipment provided that we have not made an agreement with you that deviates from this. In this case, the delivery time is determined according to the item you ordered with the longest delivery period.
